Have you played with your Raspberry Pi that comes with your badge yet? Go ahead, plug it in, and get digging! Once the pi is connected to your computer, navigate to badge.jawn to explore more! Your JawnCon badge can also function as a Raspberry Pi Hat with breakouts for adding additional components, blinkies, and more - check out the soldering area for more info! Connecting the Badge and Pi If you wish to mount your Raspberry Pi to the badge, the JawnCon badge mounts as a (large) hat on the Raspberry Pi: 
Be sure to solder in this orientation, so that the power and ground connections are in the right places! The USB and HDMI connectors should be between the Pi and the badge. Once your Pi is attached, you can continue to use it as normal, or explore connecting LEDs or other components to the IO pins. A small project area is available for adding components, or they can be directly soldered to the Pi header. |
